Shipping and Returns

UK Mainland

FREE DELIVERY TO UK MAINLAND ON ALL ORDERS OVER £20. IN VALUE.

Standard Delivery
For orders under £20 in value we charge £1.95 for UK mainland delivery, regardless of weight and size. This is the total cost of delivery, regardless of how many items you order.

We aim to deliver orders within 2-3 working days (subject to stock availability at the time your order is processed). The vast majority of orders (over 95%) are despatched either on the same working day or the following working day. A signature will be required on receipt.

Our standard delivery option includes packaging, handling and Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery postal costs.

All orders are sent out on the next working day from when you place your order. If after 3-5 days you have not received your goods please contact us so we can give you the Royal Mail Recorded Tracking Reference number.

This can be used on the www.royalmail.com website within the 'Track a parcel' section or at your local post office counter to see if they are holding the parcel awaiting your collection.
You can get details of your local Delivery or Enquiry Office by phoning Royal Mail dedicated Delivery Office information line on 0845 6050767. Monday to Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm and Saturday 8.00am - 1.00pm. This service will give you the address of your nearest Delivery Office or Enquiry Office, plus the opening times.

Goods held at Post Office counters awaiting collections are only held for up to 5-7 days approx, when they will be returned to sender, after this time all returned parcels will then have to pay the despatch cost again to have them resent.
Please remember that Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery. They will not officially confirm that a parcel is lost until 15 working days after despatch. Only after they have agreed to process an insurance claim can we send out a replacement order FOC.

Delivering to Multi-Occupied Addresses and University Student Accommodation:
If you live or occupy business premises in a location where our delivery staff only have access to a single point where they deliver mail for multiple residences or premises within that location, this is considered to be a multi-occupied address please have a look at the following link on Royal Mail website: http://www.royalmail.com/customer-service/delivering-mail-multi-occupied-addresses

Certain weight restrictions apply. Delivery is usually 5-10 days. All prices shown online include VAT. At checkout VAT will be deducted where applicable.

Returns
Please understand that returned opened dental and skincare products are discarded and as such we do not accept 'I don’t like it' returns. Please be familiar with the item you are purchasing.
For reasons of hygiene & safety we cannot refund or exchange fragrance products, make-up, skincare, electrical items unless they are faulty. Items on final clearance or reduced to clear cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded within 14 days receipt. After 14 days period warranty would be provided by manufacturer. If goods were purchased in error, they must be returned in its original box and includes all original packing material, original manuals, and any accessories that came with the item. Partial returns will not be accepted, a 20% restocking fee will be levied and the carriage will not be refunded. All goods are sold with full manufacturer warranty.

When returning goods (except when goods are faulty within 14 days receipt), the customer will carry the cost of returning goods.

To return products, please:

  • Complete a return request by login on our website by clicking My Account and fill return item details or If you haven’t created account on our website complete and return the Returns Form (download pdf version).
  • Carefully pack the items in protective bubble wrap, or similarly suitable packaging. Please do not use the product box as outer packaging or jiffy bag for boxed items, and note that we will deduct the cost of any returned items damaged from any amount refunded to you. Please include the goods return form with your order number, name, date of order and address details.

Please note that, once opened and or used, products cannot be returned to us unless the product is faulty.

To help us process an exchange, refund or credit note when returning goods, we would be grateful if you could supply details of your order number, name. If the item is returned without a completing goods return procedure we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. You will also be liable for the cost of re-delivery.

We highly recommend that items are returned via a Recorded Delivery service or Courier company as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.

Warranty

  • A WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID WITH THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE INVOICE.
  • All of our items are brand new, and include a minimum of 1 year manufacturer warranty.
  • Most manufacturers will cover the warranty directly (On some products we will cover the 1st year of warranty, with faulty items being replaced if in stock, or otherwise costs will be refunded).

The costumer is responsible for cover of his side’s cost of delivery, in the event that an item is to be returned to www.mrmedic.com. We will cover the cost of delivery for the replaced item to be sent back to the customer.

Cancellations
In addition to our returns policy under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the merchandise if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the merchandise to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Please note that if the item has already been shipped from our warehouse a £6 handling charge will apply. Your statutory rights are not affected.

International Buyers – Please Note:

  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying or if any import permission required.

If the buyer does not accept delivery of goods for any resons, any costs incurred due to the refusal (including but not limited to the return to Chayu Ltd t/a: MrMedic.com), will be deducted by Chayu Ltd t/a: MrMedic.com, from any refund due.
